I just happeed to stumble across an interesting theory...Raidenovitch + Raiden. Obviouly Raidenovitch would be a bit too old by the late 80's to have a child, ao, what's the next best solution...Cloneing. Think about this for a second, now I know most of us probibly thought Raiden was far to young to be a clone because he was only a chil during the Zanzibar Civil War, but remebmer, DNA can be stored in frozen stasus for years without haveing to even be botherd with. So now after the events of Snake eater, GRU is dissovling around themselves, Gurlurcovitch has yet to regain power thanks to Shalashaka (Ocelot for those who don't remember.), Thunderbolt (Volgin) was the strongerest soiler in the Soviet union, his secon in command Ivan Raidenovitch Raikov, was his most trust Ally, and strongest mong te GRU, so, wouldn't it make sence in some weird way for them to try and keep him alive, in some form or another...you see where i'm going with this. start conspireing..
