why it´s most of the time girls make the best AMVs

as the title says, why most of the best vids are made by women?
is it just because guys are not that artistic or what?

truthfully i found that the opposite of this statement to be true...

most "girls" make "terrible" amvs...

Though I must admit, most of the "girls" active on the forums make really good amvs.

but in general on this site most of the girls make not so good amvs... atleast in my opinion...

But then again, most of the people I look up to on this site are guys O.o

uhh... i think most of the best ones are made by guys... mostly because there are just a lot more male editors then female ones.

I did not mean it that way, maybe it is because most of the vids I downloaded are made by girls

Can`t really do anything about it.
And you can never say for sure, most member profiles don`t make it clear is the person a girl or a guy....

I'd say thats probably more a matter of personal taste. while there are exceptions, especially among the omes active in the forums, I tend to notice girls make more emotional impactfull amvs, or just pretty amvs, while guys tend to do more action / crazy effects type vids. You probably just like vids that girls tend to make more of better.

personally i'd say I know more good male editors than female editors, but there are female editors among my top choices.

hahaha when i say terrible, i mean the technical aspects...

I download ALOT of amvs, and most of the ones that i find covered in subs with poor timing are made by "girls" as in little girls 12-17 yearolds, I find that the more "mature"/older girls make much better AMVs but the younger age bracket on girls make the poorer amvs..

granted the same can be said with most male editorers,

AND there are always the few "younger" people that impress me...

and alot of people dont put their gender on their profile either, this is true... so 99% of the time I suspect them to be guys, because most of the people on this site are guys. (unless they have really girley names O.o)

and Bakadeshi is right, its probably your taste in AMVs... and what you have been exposed to.

For your information: all the people who I know and who know I listen mostly linkin park, rammstein, korn etc. say I`m too much into "boys stuff`", and I am often told to listen more "girlish" songs.

You gotta try everything.

Or maybe you just listen more of those "manly" bands (whatever those are, most people do those "please, don`t dump me" type of songs).

Besides, we finnish people (YEAH,FINNISH PEOPLE!) already have too many "love song bands" and all that. The Rasmus and HIM are not the only bands we have. So I am SO sick of that stuff.

And yes, I think there are also girls who don`t prefer "girly" bands\songs.
At least I hope so.
