Subtitles: I HATE THEM

can someone tell me a way to download good quality videos with NO subtitles??

Actually ripping DVDs? :roll:

You should go for that. It makes the editing experience more rewarding than the lame old boring downloading stuff for footage. Yea, I would go for ripping, and you should too! :P

yes he will "download" the VOBs on to his computer (what most of us call "ripping") then maybe he can either edit them, or he can convert them to .avi so he can edit them ;)

You know, it's sad when you read a topic title. Think it's going to be one subject that's been beaten to death, and it turns out to be another subject that has ALSO been beaten to death.

though you know... "Videos" is a very broad term... perhaps hes looking for AMVs without subtitles... (should have been more specific if thats the case)

best you can do there is stick to the editorers you KNOW dont use subbed footage, stick to the top 10% lists and recomendations from others who share the same subtitle hating affliciton O.o also try the recomendations forum...
