No, but a good guess.

Another hint: The source games are a series of three games, with an additional three spinoff games, the third of which was the spinoff game that launched its own series. The spinoff game and series were both magical girl-based, but the source games and OVA aren't.

That's it. These shots are from the third of the three shorts on the "Sound Stage VA" DVD released as a promo for the then-upcoming OVA series ~Sweet Songs Forever~. The video itself is a promo for the also-then-upcoming spinoff video game, and features a prototype magical girl Nanoha of Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha fame, as well as an apparently-evil Chrono from the same series and a fairy-form of Admiral Lindy.
