Naruto Movie 2

It's a fairly good movie, great animation and sound. We get to see some interesting faces and new moves.

The themes remain familiar, however. I suppose that when you're reaching for a kid audience, you have to pound the same message again and again and again into their heads, even though it's hardly necessarily.

I was fairly disapointed in Shika's involvement. I was expecting a fairly substantial plan, but all he ended up with was a small skit.

Naturally, Gaara kicks ass. But I was more impressed with Sakura, not so much as in the first movie, but this movie portrayed her a lot better than anytime during the anime series.

Speaking of themes, again we have the "your master is a corrupt bastard" deal and even an appearance of "OMFG IT"S SAUCEKAY!"

Naruto saves the day again.

The second Naruto movie wasn't as good as the first, but Gaara kicked a lot of ass and Naruto get's another gay lover so I'm content.

The 2nd Naruto movie blows. The Gaara fight is the only good part. Their enemy wasn't even a ninja. Plus Kakashi wasn't in it. Big let down for me. The next one will be better--it's got LEE!

I'm slow at watching anime movies so I'm like halfway through it after 2 days of on and off viewing. I like it so far. I thought the story was pretty interesting in how that blonde dude looks bad at first then starts looking soft and actually talks to Naruto. This is something different, at least in Naruto's standards.

Not really. Zabuzza and Haku, among others had similiar scripts.

I've seen it! I thought it was really nice. It really did show Sakura for more of who she really is in it, and the Gaara battle was the best! *Gaara fan*

It followed alot of stereotypes of bad leaders and all, yes, and even the fact that that bad leader was ugly and highly corrupt, lol. I felt sorry for the blonde dude though (can't really remember his name). I was happy to see more of the other characters in it this time considering last movie was only Kakashi, Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke. This time you get Naruto, Sakura, Shikamaru, Kankuro, and Gaara. Well..and partially Sasuke (in a dream thingy).

Personally, i like how the battles went in the 2nd movie better than the first movie, but the first movie had a much better story. > >

Hopefully the next movie will be even better!^^ (and more/better kickass fights! XD)
