Suiginto From Rozen Miaden.
Mainly because she sticks by her principles no mater what happens.

I also lick the fact that she is not truely an evil character. She has a soft side the becomes evident in Troumend.

Nobody beats Luzifer from Angel Sanctuary.
His cold eyes are just the right answer to the state of mankind and moreover allow him to move through tight crowds for nobody likes to stand in the way of whoever owns them.
His smile is really great. It's message (your effort to beat me is slightly amusing. Why can't you accept that your kind just is too low for me. Give up.) is so winning that it is scary.
His philosophie... Well whatever it is, I just admire that man!

Of course, if we speake of Angel Sanctuary's characters, we don't need to speak about other Animes =p
In my point of view, Lucifer is just a little too perfect, I know thousands peoples love him, but if I admire this cold character, he's not my favourite. He seems too strong, too intelligent. Yes, perfect, juste like I said higher. But him relation with Kira Sakuya and Sétsuna Mudô give to Lucifer a true dimension mysterious and disconcerting.



My favourite character is also in Angel Sanctuary. I know she's called Chapelier-Fou in french, but I don't know how to say it in english (without word for word). Her other name is Belial, an insane angel, who loved Lucifer. Belial appears like a totally mad character, who adores his lord of a decadent love. Pernicious, totally tarnished, her words are poison, and her eloquence charms just for betraying better.
I love her, oh yeah =D
