Action and Comedy mostly (12 Action, 10 Comedy; not counting the entries for AMV Hell CE, which I haven't posted yet). Although I would say that my more Sentimental or Dramatic videos mean more to me than Action or Comedy does - I just rarely make those because they take more time to complete.

I used to do goofy action videos and comedy bits galore with some trailer material on the side. Lately though I've been finding myself leaning far more towards drama and emotional ones.

Lordy lordy, don't let me become an emo now

I make iTunes visualizations.

No, not Winamp visualizations. I'm hip and with the i-generation, biotches.

White plastic and brushed aluminum forever.

I enjoy making the bizzare/stupid/nonsensical videos the most, but I tend to loathe finding myself doing the exact same KIND of editing/videos consecutively. There's 3 general directions that I generally gravitate into at more or less regular intervals -
1) Bizzare videos that would qualify as comedy if they weren't downright weird and non-funny
2) Slower texturist videos or mood pieces where I get ample room to play with colors and landscapes
3) Simple, old-schoolish action videos. Or just blowing stuff up.
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

1) Mildly amusing, but not terribly funny, upbeat videos. People actually watch these for about two weeks.
2) GANBATTE!, or, drama videos that start out depressing and wind up sunshiny. Nobody likes these but me, but I enjoy making them.

That's... pretty... much... it. A few exceptions, but those are what I find most gratifying. Not terribly original, but that doesn't bother me.

My to-do list of AMVs I'd like to make are usually drama and/or character profile....the ones that actually get finished for some reason are only my ideas that revolve around the tragic love theme.. I wonder what that says about me... :P

I find myself doing mostly comedy, as it's what I enjoy editing. I am working on a few dramatic projects and a trailer as well, though, since I don't want to become complacent with one style. I like to try something new with each video, whether it's a new genre, a new technique, a new effect, etc. My main concern is to keep expanding my knowledge as I go.
