Please recommend animes

Hey, just lookin' for some new animes. I enjoy action with a good story line basis... maybe with some plot twists... romance... whatever. Any anime you think is good, plz recommend. If possible give a description of why u like the anime, and if there are any specific amvs with that anime featured in them

why this anime??
hmm..this anime is kinda boring for the first few episodes...but as the story develops,it gets more interesting and interesting until u must keep watching it

Check out Elfen Lied.

This anime might not be for the squimish. Anime starts with a nude woman ripping people apart with out touching em...even blocking bullets.

The story however is kinda a love story about the girl loving the guy but then doing some unforgiveable thing to him.

You might be wondering how she even got captured and sadly the store bought anime doesn't say

. You have to download on the net the "lost" episode. This will explain how she got captured and why she leaves this one guy alive. Anyway if I keep going I'll tell you everything lol.

Neon Genesis Evangelion

if you havent seen this one i think you schould this is the best anime ever made...

Its about this boy who one day become chosen to pilot this giant robot to save mankind from the beasts known as angels... but everything is not what it seems to be

Good action with a solid story and some good twists...
If you don't mind waiting a bit (it's being rereleased later this July) you could always give a look-see to Giant Robo: The Day the Earth Stood Still.

Only seven eps long, but definitely worth giving a look-see.

Ok, so not slight perversion...

I also agree, and would suggest Neon Genesis Evangelion.

No you're not. You're looking for new anime. By the way you've spelt the plural form of anime (which is anime) I think you pronounce the word anuym. The correct pronounciation is animay. Oh and get Nip/Tuck. No it isn't anime. No you won't find a drama anime that comes close to it. Well, to be fair, you'll never see a tv show, anywhere, that's as good as it.
