Ive been making videos for a while, just for friends and for fun mostly, and started to get serious about it a couple of months ago. I joined the site a few days ago and posted this action based AMV. Its gotten a couple of views, but no ones left any opinons yet. If you take the time to watch it and give me some feedback id really appreciate it. Was it good? Did it suck? If it did, why? anything will help cuz i dont want to keep uploading crap amvs if no one wants to watch them. The links below.

Well first of I REALLY like that sig, I'm a boondocks fan and that was a funny episode so was the Martin Luther King Jr. one as well 
...Anyway as to your AMV the visuals were pretty solid and so was the sound but even though you say "This video is one of the few ive made that has no plot to speak of. The song also doesnt match up to the video, but thats all intentional" in the commenst before your vid it doesn't really excuss it. My main problem was it felt like you took chunks of action scences from the OVA and just put together with a song that you admit doesn't match the the video so basically it felt random

My advice in the future make sure your AMV's have some kind of theme or purpose even if it is just a simple action vid and the song has to correlate with the footage in some way even if you ignore the lyrics and just match the action with beat and flow of the music you are using

Thanks for the honest opinion, it was really appreciated. Although the scenes are pretty random, i attempted to match it up to the song as far as pace is concerned, such as when the music gets more intense so was the action. Guess i failed. O well, i'll try to do better next time.
