As for short videos - I'd suggest parts of MEPs, trailers, and comedy videos, many of which are short, and search by min/max filesize (shiny!). Also, many WMVs are encoded horribly small; I did one once and it crushed a 30MB regular encode into like 12MB.

Quality is hit or miss, but the filesize does tend to be smaller.

A lot of Meri's older stuff is small (cause it was made back when everyone had dial-up). It's mostly very bad quality, but that's what you get with small size, I suppose. http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... er_id=5086

I just found this one Akira: ubducted it's pretty good, under 10 megs.

my ACTUAL music video, Domo Prefect, is 10.2 megs (excuse the .200001 and it's under 10 ;p). It's quite good to, really. If a Skies of Arcadia vid interests you I could upload mine, it's really small but I just can't upload it here it being gameplay and all... anyway, pm me if youre interested.
