O.O Um, another visit from Random McNally. Anyway.

I think the girl has left the building. At any rate, I think she gets the point by now. She pmed me somewhere around the beginning of all this and asked me to watch her vid and tell her very honestly what she's doing wrong so she can get better. I watched the vid, I left a very long detailed op, and now this is done with. If anyone else wants to do the same (without flaming) I'm sure she would appreciate it, considering many of you are probably more knowledgeable than me. In conclusion, she saw the error in what she said, she hates flamers and will gladly accept constructive critism if it will help her get better. Now hopefully we can lay this to rest now. This has gone on way to long. And the happy gnomes are doing dances.

On the subject of amvs.. I don't think anybody is more qualified than any other to pass judgement, (even those who have won more awards, made more videos, have a degree in this field are no more qualified than a regular amv person) aside from obvious technical issues with the video. Everybody sees things differently. |:
SOCIALIST!

Thats kind of like saying your opinion means nothing more than another guys opinion because everyone has one. Whether someone's opinion is valid or not is a case by case basis depending on about a bajillion things.
AARGH!

Opinions are like assholes, everybody has one.

And that makes mine invalid! Say it aint true, Koop!!

And thankyou Camilla for your opinion ;p

No prob! :D I am always happy to give my opinion. And in my opinion, mashed potatoes feel really weird between your toes. But I think it's really fun to rub it in other people's hair. :P

There's never an excuse for a shitty vid. The video quality doesn't matter so much to me as the quality of the editing and the amount of work put into it. If you're a lazy bastard, I'll ride your vid all the way into the fucking mud.

GOOD equipment + GOOD technical knowledge = GOOD encoding quality

but GOOD encoding quality NOT= GOOD editing quality.

Look at this!</a>
this video, for instance, is perfectly encoded but the it's very bad edited(premiere pro rulez!), in my opinion. look to believe.

A poor craftsman blames her tools.

BTW, I hate Pro, and will only use 6.0

I like it that way.
