I tried splitting it in half.

468x30 - twice.

So that you're really showing two pictures, each smaller than the allowed file size than one. The problem with this is that sometimes the timing is thrown off. If this one is off, try reloading your page, and you'll see it magically fix itself. Usually, I try to avoid doing this unless the picture has clearly defined top/bottom separation. You might want to make, or find one that does.

You can also, simply make then smaller.
