- Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
- When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.

Atvaark,Kragdrim,Nostromo,WilLoW /BBR/ French JE Contest vid
This was our (Atvaark and I) entry for the French AMV contest this year. Unfortunately it didn't get the reactions I expected...
The concept needs to be explained before you download the video : it's a recursive multi-editor project.
The first segment of the video was done with Cowboy bebop as a source footage
The second segment was done with the first segment as a source footage
The third segment was done with the second segment as a source footage
...
and so on.
Consequently, video quality and variety decrease with time, and the creators had to fight against the lack of footage.
This was probably the most interesting vid I ever made, on a creator's point of view. Apparently this is not the case on a viewer's point of view
Anime : Cowboy bebop
Music : Aphex twin - Bucephalus Bouncing ball

I thought it was fucking incredible from a creativity point of view. This is the kind of stuff that makes me very jealous. Bravo sirs.
I thought the pacing and the nature and flow of the video were just impecable. It starts out as rather gimmicky techno dribble but evolves quite quickly into something just awesome and abstract, while still being very entertaining.
Everyone should download this thing. Its very arty art, but it walks that fine line very well and leaves you with an overwhelmingly enjoyable experience in my eyes.

Since Oto isn't around, I'll have to say it. Congratulations, you've made a RPBP:***, or something.
Pretty good, though the flashes towards the end started to bother me towards the end.

<- and pimpage guaranteed.
Haha, I instantly fell in love with it when JCD told me about it and then showed it to me a bit later. The concept is so weird that I simply have to love it. The editing is a pure brainfuck towards the end it's like a real drugtrip, and it never get's boring. Moreover it's interesting to see how you guys differed and reused the footage of the eariler parts. Well it's the best Video I've seen so far this year. Keep it coming .
