An Anime Question
If this is stupid then im sorry...but i was just wondering...
has anybody ever watched anime and suddenly wish you were there? i mean for any reason. wheather it be to look at the scenery, help out your favorite character, etc...i have(not ashamed to say) its just something about it that makes me want to be there, even though the events aren't actually happening. But seriously, has anybody felt like that????
Just curios about this
*does that make me strange*

....... how old are you? Your writing and ideas suggest those of a third grader.
And yes there are people like you; they write self insertion fanfiction.

Don't feel too bad. I've had similar reveries since I was 6. With just about anything. I think it's a psychological connection to what you're watching; I find that it sometimes helps a person look at what they're watching from a new perspective. The problem is when the person putting themselves into an anime situation forget who they are and the extent of their abilities, and also how the chracters might react to a random fan bursting out of the scenery and glomping them. Thus is the birth of bad fanfiction. So long as you can discern the difference between reality and fantasy, I see no harm in a daydream.

It's called a good imagination. I have been putting myself into stories I've read or watched for many years. Well written stories will draw the observer into their world, that's the great thing about stories, escaping our daily reality for something more enjoyable.
Where did you say I'm going?.... And what am I doing in a handbasket?

I kinda get that thought once in awhile, after watching anime late night before I sleep...
Sorry, I can't say as much on this question.
