I told the person to give him full credit, yatta yatta yatta, and you might want to check that profile see if she stole any of your stuff too.

Bigger question:

Is there a thread topic that we can consolidate all these people in? I'm sure there are plenty others out there.

I'd agree that's a good idea. But I have the feeling the word filter is somewhat indicitive (at least in part) of the fact that site administrators are sick of hearing about this problem.

I think what ANTDrakko was suggesting is a thread where we can post offending videos so other users can go and mass-flag the video so it's taken down.

that seems like a very negative sticky, and might promote the fact alot of people think that the filter is to "keep the competition down"... or something O.o
