I never claimed to know the entire story. It was, after all, a joke, and I was a johnny come lately to the entire thing.madmatty wrote:That's not true, it was started by FallChild...not CDVV....Kionon wrote:|: Serious Business Studios is a joke that became reality, of sorts. Don't even know the origins of your own studio....
Now, was it Kit or FC, and wait, I know FC is CDVV for sure, and isn't Kit? And if so, isn't what I said kinda accurate...
YOU ALL CONFUSE ME.

not much of a great story for my name. It was my fist email name the name just popped in my head and I used it.. the 30, 030 thing I put at the end of my name is something I started doing later on.. the number has to do with organizing music.. I'd call things 010 for misc ok trance.. 020 for hard rock 030 for soft rock.. 040 for I think it was soft trance or hard trance... etc.. I forget what each one ment exactly.. but I don't do that anymore.. I call things by what they are now.
See.. that story sucked.
And my studio name.. Elemental Productions was made around a year ago because I didn't have a studio name.. I never mention the name in videos or anything and it isn't that important.. it just exists just for the sake of existing..
wow another lame story..
other user names I use have more of an interesting back story to them.. I've seen these threads in other forums I go to that don't use this name and it's fun and exciting sort of to give the story.

What he said.
Err, well. Actually, my frist username on this site (as Scintilla and trythil like to still call me by) was sousaphonist because I used to be a sousaphonist back in high school and wouldn't mind picking up the tuba again, save the ridiculous cost of owning a personal tuba and the ridiculous amount of practice needed to get into a band to have one loaned to me. So meh. My AIM username (back in the pre-#amv IRC chatroom days, when the AIM chat was the only chat room) is bad martial arts and seeing as I was pretty much the only helpful sort in there, a lot of random newbs would try to PM me on the forums after I helped them through a problem. But some of them were confused by the difference in names, so I had the mods change my username to badmartialarts to ease confusion and also give myself a unified prescence. My studio name (and AIM name), bad martial arts (which shouldn't be capitalized, but meh) is an obscure reference to the classic film "Zoolander."

I had seen the film about 8 times in a row just as I was making my account here and I just liked the ring of 'bad martial arts'.Mugatu wrote:Prime minister bad! Martial arts good!

I uh.... spent some time in a place i wouldn't really like to go back to.... The building was segmented into 'wings', and each wing had its own title. The wing i was an inhabitant of was called "Prodigy", and i was staying in room 249 of the building. On the door the Y in prodigy had faded slightly, so only the base remained. I kinda adopted Prodigi249, then shortened it down to Prodigi : \

It all started about 10 years ago. As usual, my mom and I had too much time on our hands. The short version is my mom and I came up with a new dialect of gibberish called Cubby that came from a word bank my little brother had to do for Preschool of words he could read and my mom and I messing with them. (Cubby was one of those words) Then we actually started coming up with new words of our own. The first one was foon, meaning a general feeling of fear, surprise and general discomfort resulting from an outside source. Foonan was the Cubby superhero. When I got my first email account, I was going to use foonan, but for some reason, it was already taken. So I went to our other big word at the time, wurpess. Meaning dressing exactly the same or very similarly to someone else or a group of people all dressed the same. It's jsut kind of stuck since I can more or less go anywhere and can be almost completely assured that no one else has that name.
At the moment, my b/f (immorrel) and I are in the process of founding the studio for our collaborations, which is going to be named Digital Straight Jacket Studio, because we are both warped individuals, and our collabs will reflect that. The name was actually thought of when Kikai_Saigono and I started our banner studio, wurgano (A combination of the 2 of our screen names, which was given to us by Sub0 once he heard about our union) Since Kikai and I weren't using the name, he thought it would be a good name for our studio.

Shiro ClanClan was an RP character I'd been using at the time, and I used it as an account name everywhere. Now I use Nomake Wan, so it's too little too late, eh? XP
As for the studio name, "Go-Kyoudai" means "Five Siblings." It refers to the fact that there are five people in the studio--my brother and sister, and two of our friends who tend to refer to us as either "onii-chan" or "onee-chan."

Wonka and I are both insulin dependent diabetics and have stuck roughly about 20,000 needles into our respective persons over the years.
We were originaly called "Hype-Odermic Studios" but eventually dropped the hiphen because hiphens are ghey.
We are changing our name again to just "Hypodermic Studios" without the E because after 6 years you don't need gimmicks.
