Trying to find clips or gifs for an amv

ah sorry i didn't quite undertsand,

1) you want to use animated gifs to make a video. Weird, and pointless since a video is already animated, but has music.

2) you want clips to do so with. Against site rules to even ask for them, although debatably a grey area since it's animated gifs you're asking for.

3) if you want to make a video using animated gifs, it'll look like crap since animated gifs are compressed along different lines than video.

most people on this forum will point you to places where you can buy the DVDs because its against the rules to ask for downloadable footage...

and Madbunny, theres about a half a million kids on the tube that make vids with animated gifs, its really common place there since they dont know where else to "find the clips" they want... and dont know how to rip DVDs...

utube is soo funny.

I've seen some of the crappiest amvs on it and they get comments like "OMG that was great!! XD"

the tube is great in a lot of ways but not the place I like to watch amvs.. it's a major downgrade from most of the ones I run into here.

if i took the time to tell each and every one of them how to rip DVDs i'd have a full time job.. :/ but i dont want a full time job, especially one that doesnt pay

considering people are calling me "the best editor on u-tube" i would have to agree with this...

the truth is ive been thinking of taking my anime vids down... with all the legal issues floating around it i dont want to contribute... though I've never been hit with a "we took down your vid" notice
