Is anybody arriving Friday morning? I'd like to get a taxi to haul my ass over to the hotel faster but it's a hell of a lot more money.

Call your hotel and see if they provide a free shuttle from airport to the hotel. Usually they do.

Not that I'm aware of... I land at 4:30 pm on Thurs...

There is no free shuttle, there's a couple that hit a series of hotels and I believe the fee was $10 each. COnsidering the proximity to the con time I'm arriving I was hoping to get there ASAP.

There are a few locals who, much to thier own horror, will be battling 85/75 traffic every morning of the con. Freak out on them, I am sure that some of the less homicidal atlians must be around here some where.

I wont have my AE86 runing by awa... but if you need a ride from the airport, call teh addy *pm if you need the #* i can carry 3 people *and myself* its a 2 door saturn... yeah, i know, not the best, but it'll do... now, as for gas... its expensive.. its like 20 or 30 miles from the con to the airport... i get like 25 miles per gallon sooo... not even asking $5, im cheap... i would do it for free... but well i'll be next to broke for awa... so.... yeah... its still cheaper then getting a taxi... and you get to hang out with addy!! *for some people i may not charge...* PM me for my # and call me when you land in atlanta.. i'll tell you where to meet me...

*this will prolly be only for thursday afternoon/night... basically anytime after 10am, and before 8pm, cause i gotta get myself checked into the hotel, not to mention i wont get off work till 8 am... and dinner is late night... anyways, yeah, you get it... *

so yeah, looks like the rooming arrangements my and my girl had kind of fell through... so we really are in need of a room of some kind for the weekend... thursday night through sunday night if possible... i mean, we can sleep in the airport sunday night if needed, but so whatever works ^^()

We're looking for something fairly cheap ^^() if a room is still open, let me know.
