ADV's comedy dubs are always top notch and their female voices are never un-sexy...

Best examples do include FMP and Steel Angel...

Since Suzumiya is above all a girl dominated anime... [come on, look at these hotties... ^_^], ADV would be natural...

Did ya know, that adv originally entered anime as a hentai-ish ideal? LOL

The big title defintely reads "Haruhi Suzumiya Returns!"

(涼宮ハルヒ = "Suzumiya Haruhi", per the ANN page)

It's too early for a second season announcement. KyoAni has yet to release Kanon, and will probably do another Full Metal Panic? series (yes, the "?" is on purpose since I expect a comedy series like Fumoffu, not "regular" Full Metal Panic!) before getting around to continuing the adventures of our favorite world-altering highschooler and her merry band of friends.

... unless they already had some 2nd season episodes ready for release beforehand.

Well I'll be damned! There were actual changes, additions, and touch-ups between the broadcast version and the DVD version. Though in all honesty, I didn't really noticed them. Check them out here:
