I believe that's from the Amazing Nurse Nanako. The main girl Nanako doesn't even look good though.
You can say that about a lot of anime characters with the same generic looking faces. She got a nice bouncyness to her though.. lots of fun fanservice in the series.

Negatory.

Mahoromatic, while featuring one, and later 2 maids and having TONS of fanservice, never had a maid outfit with that short of a skirt. Plus, this maid outfit is black. Mahoro's outfit was blue, and Minawa's is green.

I'm tempted to say it's from He is My Master, but I've never watched that series.
