Well, poking around the web I found some pictures of the Transformers movie designs. Frankly, it looks like what happened when the US made a Godzilla movie is happening again. I don't have high hopes.

I'd also like to add that there is another live action Maison Ikkoku project in the works, this time a TV drama series: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/article.php?id=9344 . I hope this turns out to be decent.

Dude, seriously? You know, I don't think ANYONE, no matter how good they are, can turn an anime into a live action movie succesfully. It's just too difficult and, frankly, the people just don't know what they're doing. If they were hard core fans of the show AND were good producers of movies, MAYBE they could do it and make a good amount of cash on the movie, but....

I dunno, that's just my personal notion.

Lol, maybe us folks should make the live action anime movies.

You want to be able to use it. it lets you do stuff with your text.
While you're at it you might as well uncheck HTML and Smilies just for the heck of it too.

If they made Neon Genesis Evangelion as a normal movie with actors and such i would see it but i think it would not beat the anime
