AMV Naming
How do you guys name your AMVs?
Not the filename, but the name you put in the catalog? For me I usually start out with some sort of "project name", like "Eva video without an eva" and then when it's done, the story, audio, and anime make up some sort of thing that screams a title at me, like.. "Intuition".
I've been seeing a lot of AMVs, mostly on local, going Anime - Name(maybe)- Music Video.
This leads me to believe that they probably came from the youtube community or something. I mean, this website is for AMVs, and it has a nice anime search feature where you don't have to put it in your title.. And naming videos like that is just redundant(Although I'm sure those users don't bother coming to the forums).
Anyway... Your naming ways?

I title my video just like I would a story. After I finish it I come up with a name that I think captures the editing concept and point of the video. I like to be a bit more creative with the names so that the AMVs are done justice in the title rather than just listing the sources or naming the video after the title of the song.
Fun stuff.

I used to actually name each of my videos. Then I got bored of that and started giving them real titles, usually whatever name happened to strike first that lasted more than 30 seconds in my head. :/

I tend to have a working title and then when I'm finised a better one jumps out at me. My first few vids didn't have working titles though (and one doesn't even have a final). A couple I just pulled out my rear, but my last two vids I had an idea of what to call them from the beginning.
Titles don't really mean much to me. I usually refer to my vids by the anime they use, as in 'my Kakurenbo vid' or 'my Appleseed vid'.

I think I have used nearly every possible way of naming a video.
Song + topic
"Reflections of Goku"
Theme + Character
"Shinji's Downfall"
Completely random
"We Always Win"
Playing with Anime Title
"The Place We Promised"
Anime title + Song Title
"Lord Slug: Fight is not a breeze"
My next video will probably be something like: "Sakura Drives us Crazy" or "The Times We Captured."

For the one video I've done, I didn't have a title until after I'd finished because nothing I thought of fitted the intent of the video. Eventually I stumbled upon the titles for the Evangelion tracks, and 'The Sorrow Of Losing The Object Of One's Dependence' had the right vibe, so I used that as a base.
The videos I have named but not yet edited are pretty standard really-- alterations of the song / album title, names of chapters from the anime's manga... and a Fatal Attraction reference.

Plainly sums up the concept of the video: "The NERV Evening News with Dan Rather", "DV:UI", "AEO:EB", "Eikoden Trailer"
Uses the title of the song and ties in the anime: "Haruko the Superfreak", "Rock Me Hideaki!", "My Evil Alien", "Waka Laka (for Osaka)"
Uses the title of the song and doesn't tie in the anime: "All for the Best"
Uses song lyrics that aren't the title: Surprisingly enough, none yet.
Other: Surprisingly, none yet.
