Anime Bloopers

What are some of the anime Bloopers you have noticed before? I used to have a list of these going on a friends site I used to moderate for but lost it when he decided to terminate the site without telling me

I bring this up cause I just watched 2 bloopers in the anime "Ray; The Animation" just now.

I just noticed two glarring bloopers in Ray; The animation episode 5. When Ray is cutting on her friend when she was younger we see the same shot of the mass falling from the table twice. They reused the same scene of the mass falling from the table. Then right after that it shows the table and the majority of the mass Ray's friend had on her is gone and no where to be found, despite having been shown hitting the ground near the table.

Anyone else wanna share any they've spotted?

The only other one I can think of off the top of my head would be Super Healing Sasami from "Shin Tenchi " (Tenchi in Tokyo). One episode she's badly injured helping her friend Yugi and minutes later she acts as if nothing happened and is fine.

While working on my current amv (using Gundam Seed) I came across two "bloopers"...probably because I've had to watch all 50 episodes about 5-6 times for this amv (including all the times I've had to search through eps for clips)

1: episode 26 (one of the 3-4 summary episodes)...Kira is returning Lacus to Atherun, and Haro swears (the voice is less robotic and lower pitched than usual).

2: not sure which episode, but when the arcangel is about to enter (one of the many) battle, one of the crew members mentions the enemy ships in the area (2 Nazca and 1 Laurasia) but the radar screen shows no Laurasia class ship (can't remember the ship class that was there atm)

I'm not sure if this attention to detail is good or bad...

Not sure of exact episode numbers, but in Season 1 of Inuyasha, Sesshomaru has Jaken with him as a servant in the episode where he fights Inuyasha and loses his arm. (He has both his arms in the episodes leading up to that) In season 3, Jaken flashes back to when he first met Sesshomaru and became his servant, and Sesshomaru was missing his arm.

In an episode of Excel Saga, in the scene where Excel and Hyatt are climbing up the snowy mountain, the shot is focused on a profile of Excel's head as she's climbing. In one single frame, she is completely bald, and then her hair is back where it should be.

I just remembered one for El Hazzard. In one episode the little girl who's in love with the princess (her lover) starts pounding on a giant door right at the end of one episode and yells "Open, Open, Open..."... the door opens and we see various enemy bug troops.

Then at the begining of the next episode they show the same scene again and if you take notice what she says and the number of times she says "open" are different.
