I know in the manga he devours father cornillio's right hand man (I forget his name) after Envy transforms from cornillio to his usual form. Quoth the comic "rip smack srunch" but you don't see it :( and I have no clue about the anime
whats kainda funny is that Ed's 5'6", and he's taller than me. ............and he's called short..............*sigh*

lol! I havent seen the movie yet.....dunno where to find it, and THEN it'd be in japanese, and I really don't wanna miss something because I'm reading the subtitles :( sorry people, I'm not a purist. I only watch the japanese after the english, and my roommates just about kill me when I do

what really annoys me, though, is how the anime differes from the manga-the time Ed and Al are in lab 5, the anime has Ed prep a transmutation for a philosipher's stone, with his brother hostage, while the manga has Envy and Lust show up, lust just straight out kills the older slicer, envy kills the younger, then Ed's automail breaks, Envy knocks him out, lust and envy blow up the place (instead of kimbly) and envy drags ed out to his bodyguards........truthfully, I think it was a little anti climatic in the manga.....but I saw the anime epicode first...

As with most animes, the anime tends to differ greatly from the manga as time goes on. Though the concept and general ideas will remain the same you'll find instances were the anime will be nothing like manga. Personally I like both and have accepted the end of the anime as reasonable.

I've spoiled the anime end for myself, and I'm not incredibly picky, so what I know of the ending is cool..........its the omg factor on the differences of anime and manga that sorta freak me out.

I like both the anime and the manga, but I like the manga more. It's more light hearted and isn't anywhere near as depressing as the anime.

Not that the anime didn't have some really great moments. I love episode 13, which was basically a mashing together of some of the manga bonus material.

Hmm...a lot of people I know didn't like the ending of the movie...I didn't mind it personally...it could of been better but I could see Ed and Al doing what they did too.

did anyone notice, sorry I was watching the episode that came on tonight, but did anyone notice that short conversation that envy had with greed, right after sloth showed up when envy said

"yeah and theirs a new lust too..."

does that mean that other homunculi were made before the select few that we see in the series?....because if that is true then that means that someone had killed them, because they aren't around anymore...so that means either dante or another skilled alchemist like ed,al, hohehiem.. or somebody had taken dante on way before the the present

I had noticed that it was said before. If you notice before Greed also mentions that it's interesting that there is another homunculi other than him who can use alchemy. (He is refering to wrath)

Apparently there have been a few lusts and I think greeds and gluttony's. Most likely another alchemist has taken her on or at least her homunculi.
