i don't know if it counts but Bo-Bo Bo-Bo Bo -Bo BO Bo
is just random funny stuff, while still having somewhat of a story line. i enjoy it quite a bit myself. and also yes FLCL... damn only 6 episodes -_-

I just saw episode 00 of "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" and it's one of the funniest things I've ever seen!

I enjoy girls bravo's kind of comedy the most, cause of its random pervertedness and the guys are always getting punched or kicked some how for being naughty (Sometimes even on accident). It's hilarious, then again its not just comedy so expect some episodes without it :/

Otherwise It's Excel Saga hands down, It makes fun of all the necesary things like afros, bowling, mexicans (I am one), anemic people, all the anime types (drama, schoolgirl, romance, robots, etc..), and i dunno you just can't go wrong or get any more random then that series. It's like watching family guy only with a crazy ass hyperactive chick that never shuts up instead.

Dr.Slump hands down for me. I mainly know the Manga but it's the same deal. Just random hilarity, Senbei's silly schemes to see panties & stuff.

I've just gotten into Ouran High School Host Club and no other anime (except Excel Saga) has really made me laugh out loud
