I totally agree with that part. When it comes to ANIME that involves music, I like to hear what they are singing and how they sing it. It's just not as thrilling reading it on paper because you don't know the tune. However, what gets me is that they basically do one song throughout the series, like, the story shows that they are recording for a album but they only show them doing the same exact song. Maybe it costs a lot for the creators to put in more songs...

Ive seen the episodes of Gravitation, its an fabulous anime. Like people have said earlier in this thread, you just cant capture music in the manga, which is a big part of this anime... (That and Shuichi and Yuki's bickering/love)... Yes Yuki is a jerk, but thats kind of what makes him charming.

I think this is the best so far I watch YAOI/shonen-ai Anime *did I say it right "_"?* Did you and haven't you read the continuation of Gravitation? If not you have to read it, it's so KAWAII =) =P

Btw I've got alot of soundstrack of Gravitation Anime and Ova I listening to them almost everyday ^_^. If you want I can give you some of the songof them *wiiii*

Here's a weird story. I was reading the Gravitation novel the other day, and my mom saw the cover and it had Eiri and Shuuichi on it, and she said "Are you reading a story about fags again!?" and i said "No mom, it's a story about a famous novelist's life and an upcoming music artist's life. The cover just shows the two of them, but it's nothing gay-like." She walked away, and about an hour later, sis had called her friend over to watch Gravitation on the TV with her. Mom came out and started watching it, and realized that it was the same characters from the novel (they were kissing by this point), and said "Ahh! Fags! You lied! You're a fag! >XD"

LOL... that's hilarious. My mother is kind of like that... I was just telling her about the series, you know, and I mentioned the fact that they were gay... she went off on this tangent about "Why would a show about gay boys be interesting? What's interesting in that?" I'm like - "Mom - there's so much more to Gravitation than the fact that the main characters are homosexual. It isn't some pointless pornographic extravaganza."
...She just stared at me.

And now, anytime I mention something I'm reading or something new I've watched online (she likes some anime too, so I'll talk about it with her) she always asks; "Is that the gay one?" LOL, it's really funny - although - I don't see why she has such a problem with it; it's not like she's homophobic or anything.
I don't get her issue, but I do laugh at the fact that now she thinks EVERYTHING new I watch is about gay boys.

Yeah, I looove Gravitation. I've seen the anime and the OVA's, but I only have volume one of the manga. I want to read it all, though... eventually.

I haven't really watched the animes, but i have watched a number of AMVs and i have to say that Shuichi and Yuki are quite the bikering couple. But deep down, there's a lot more to it than meets the eye ^^;

Sometimes people react that way to gays.....they say that they're cool with it, the next minute they'll be freaking out........reeeeeeaaaaally weird ^^;
