Xbox Ripping

I'm noticing a lot of guides for Playstation ripping which is fine, but does anybody know methods/software used to extract FMVs from Xbox games:
I.e Fatal Frame.

or rip it directly useing a capture card. can't get HD with it though... I don't think.

xbox uses a wmv like version of mpeg2 for the fmv's I've never tried to convert them...
