Try posting in the site help or feedback section.
Maybe a mod will see it and approve the video more quickly

Have you thought about starting a torrent while you wait for the upload approval? I had to do that with the Valentine's MEP, and then you won't get 'ghost' opinions and all that. Since the profile is visible, people can comment on it. After the vid goes local, you can either leave the torrent open as an indirect link, or close it down altogether.

If you need a place to upload it so people can get it to seed, let me know. I might be able to helps you out.
