Seeking a specific scene from.. ..a non-specific anime.

Hey, all. By rights, I'm not an AMV person -- I'm more into actually animating things, and though I've seen a fair amount of anime, I'm kind of drawing blanks here. I'm looking specifically for something I can reference in a new sequence -- a wooden, Western-style door exploding (or shattering / bursting / whatever exciting action verb you'd like to use) inward, from an interior perspective. I am almost positive I've seen it before in any number of different shows, but after scavenging moodily through my collection with no luck, I'm beginning to have my doubts.

If any of you could point me toward a specific series and episode, or confirm for me that NO, that's probably not going to happen, or at least something similar (I've found a lot of windows, for instance), I would be really grateful.

My apologies if this is the wrong place to have posted something esoteric like this. You lot just seemed like the people to go to.
