Noooo, he doesn't quite KILL them personally, but in the manga Griffith DOES have EVERYONE in the band of the hawk sacrificed as a mark of his rising to the stature of demon prince...

Guess that doesn't happen in the anime. Darnit, I'll have to go with the Bible Black scene instead. >_<

No scene at all where Guts is being restrained by Griffith after the latter becomes a demon prince?

That reminds me, I've only read up to volume 28, and apparently there's four more volumes! Why, Guts only just now got the beserker armour. *goes to download them*

yeap in the anime he does sacrifice them and rapes Caska

but the scene where scull knight arives and resues caska and grifit is not animated

he didn't "have" them killed either.

and indeed, skull knight is not in the serries, nor is puck

Yes he did. The Godhand ask him if he's willing to put their blood on his hands for his ascension, and he gives them the go ahead. They make it pretty clear that he's required to sacrifice something close and dear to him to gain his new body.

And yes, the anime does depict the eclipse in rather graphic manner.

meh, i would more call it "allowing".
was more like "ya, sure. go for it" than "see these fuckers? kill them with fire kthnxbai"

much of the eclipse is difficult to put into an amv cause of how graphic it is. all nudity in it is sexual, also

At LAST, I have the bridge for my fourth video! It was driving me nuts in the planning stage, and for some reason I thought that scene wasn't in the anime. >_> To think, I thought I was going to have to use the last ep of season 1 Cardcaptor Sakura - which would have been supernatural and, well, FUNNY, but not exactly demonic!

OK, now I have a reason to buy the Berserk DVDs.

Or ask my friend to rip the last couple of episodes and send them to me. I mean... no Puck? No previous berserker?

Sheesh. Maybe they were planning those for a second season which never came... but still...

Naw, I'd better buy them - I bet I could use a bit more footage than just that scene. 3x3 Eyes, Bleach, Berserk, xXxHolic, Bible Black, and just a smidge of Inuyasha... I'd have to be a bloody fool to mess THIS one up.

'Specially since no one else has done any of those anime to this particular song, let alone ALL of them... Oh well.

If they were indeed planning a second season, they wouldnt have overlooked skullknight, he should have made an appearence MUCH earlier and Zod's charecter shouldnt have been made as 1-D.
