i dont know if i should be posting this here or not, but anyways...

i'm planning to do some subs to something, but i need a program for that... please, tell me what program should i download to make the sub...

No program is going to "make subs" for you. You have to add text yourself, which any basic video editing program can do. Hope you know Japanese...
