Final Segment Deadline: Pending like a motherfucker
Yeah, it's back. I know the original was somewhat of a happy success, but I planned on doing another regardless of the original. Much of the infrastructure is already in place. Alot of talk between some insiders has already helped fill this project for the most part, and this page is just a formality as well as a reference.
The music isn't completely rock, but the segments should have:
A ROCK AND ROLL THEME.

Project Guidelines
All segments must be in standard 4:3 aspect ratio, 720 x 480. No black bars may be used for widescreen. Widescreen footage may be cropped and resized at the editor's discretion, as long as it still looks acceptable.
The framerate must be NTSC 29.97.
Final segments must be fully and properly deinterlaced, and -- NO POST-PROCESSING FILTERS -- [such as temporal smoothing] should be added.
All final segments must be encoded in Lagarith. Huffy will be promptly placed in my Recycle Bin.
1 second (30 frames) of buffer footage should be added to the segments preceeding and following the assigned audio.
