The Competitors:
Nathan Bezner of Nightowl Pictures
vs.
Jason Salce, AKA: RYS

Another Iron Editor First
For the first time ever, we will be pitting Mac against PC as each editor uses the platform that they're most familiar with!

When:
AnimeUSA. Friday night. 8:30 to 11:30. This is IMMEDIATELY after the first AMV contest screening in main events.

Theme:
Horror movie. Yeah, we're a little late for Halloween, but the original pitch for "Thanksgiving video" didn't fly (hold your turkey jokes).

The Animes:
Each editor will have 5 animes in their entirety at their disposal. They are required to use at least three. Those are as follows:

Kakurenbo
Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust
Memories
The Secret of Nimh
Fatal Frame 3

The Secret:
The editors will be provided with a secret ingredient, which they must use at least 1 second of. It will be awesome.

Show up and enjoy the event!

I won't call 911 and I PROMISE I'll wear something snazzy, like always. I also will not be getting drunk while editing as that completely destroys my concentration. As for the bunny ears, for the most part, they've been retired. We'll see if I bring them back as a bit of luck against the man, the LEGEND, Salce.

Pwolf - I'll be editing on Final Cut Pro, which isn't all that fair, is it? ;)

Oooo, sounds interesting... Went to AWA's Iron Editor this year, it was a great show.. This one sounds just as interesting (especially Mac vs. PC!) ^^
