Actually I was kinda reading about that. I guess anime/manga who doesn't have a "designated sex symbol" or whatnot in the beginning, they appoint one in the middle of an anime/manga and add some detail or something

I have just a few things to say:

2. Everyone involved in that is a b/tard, and they should be ashamed of themselves... and so should I because I'm exactly the same (dirty, guilty pleasure, I know)

3. BACK ON TOPIC - I think it's just that as Oda becomes more comfortable and used to drawing the characters, certain things about them change. I never really noticed a substantial increase in Nami's bust in the comics - she was pretty buxxomy to begin with - though she seems to have gotten thinner, which may give the illusion of her bust size increasing.

One Piece was pretty trippy in the designs from the beginning, and it's just that, as the years go on, he and his artists are getting more used to drawing the characters and slight differences and refinements are bound to happen.

Who are "people"? They are by far the most hideous, sickening looking anime characters I've ever come across.

HOW DARE YOU!! honey and clover is beautiful!!!!!!!!! and one piece has a unique style to it! if you think about it all basis for the familiar anime char desgin is based off betty boop! what is wrong with shows like, one peice, and fist of the north star, to remove that constant from their style? I say nothing! alot of people didn't like the original macross style but now its embedded into all dramatic anime. go soak your head MR."...ass"

Personally i like their character design, and lol i haven't notice the breast increase. i wonder if Inoue from Bleach would get any bigger
