Why???

Post by bubbaman83 » Wed Nov 08, 2006 7:32 pm

Why has nobody made a Dragonette AMV? I've only heard one song and as far as I can tell, they're new, but they rock!!

XD I figured someone was gonna say that. It's against site rules to download MP3s right? well, I can't find the CD anywhere so as of yet, I have no music...just what I've heard online of them....plus...My AMVs suck...and I don't have FTP or admin priveleges to download an FTP server...I know it sounds like I'm trying to get other people to do the work for me, but I just don't have the resources to do it...

Do you not realize the org will host your amvs? Or does articulation fail?

I think bubbaman83 meant that s/he has no FTP client and lacks the administrator-level privileges required to install one.

However, do you have Windows? If so, you do have an FTP client: the command line one. Open up an MS-DOS prompt and type "ftp" to run it.

fix'd (IE is a browser, and can serve as an ftp client)

you can use downloaded mp3's (as long as you paid for them), but your best bet is to get audio from a cd (you want to edit your audio in an uncompressed format such as .wav)

You could always convert the mp3 to wav, edit with that, and then when you're done mux the original mp3 to the video.

You can also download songs that are available for free on the band's website, if there are any.
