Video Footage

Post by kyji san » Fri Nov 10, 2006 1:51 am

Hello,

I'm a noob as well.

Is it generally expected that all the video in an AMV be from the same anime or can you use multiple animes so long as they fit to the song.

I want to do Bonnie Tyler's Holding Out for A Hero and I wanted to use only Blue Seed but I'm wondering about doing a conbination.

Thanks

Welcome! *^_^*
You can do whatever your little heart desires. If you want to do your vid with one anime (which I personally prefer), then go ahead. If you have an idea with multiple animes, go ahead. People do their vids both ways. Like with any vid, if you can make it work and look good and not break the site rules (like the ones on hentai and over the top excessive violence), the sky's the limit.

Either way is fine. I’ve noticed that multiple animes work for AMVs that are funny and one anime is best for the drama/sentimental AMVs.

Just a suggestion from a fellow newbie. ^_^
