Overall a pretty good approach, I especially liked how you integrated some of the more subtle effects. Overall it just didn't seem clean enough, 2 or 3 days of fixing errors and tweaking it could've made it alot better.
That, and the bad quality took alot from it, considering that Pale Cocoon is a very high quality anime.
Also the song is more of a lovesong, so I kinda missed more such aspects according to the lyrics :p
