Problem in installing Adobe After Effect pro v7.

When I installed the program in my computer it said that I didn't meet the system requirments and it is the DVD drive and it also said that I don't have gdiplus.dll plugin

so please I need your help !!!!

this is what it said exactly :

This application has failed to start because gdiplus.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this

And did you reinstall it?

What about the system requirements? What's your RAM, video card and Processor speed?
