Need Some Ideas For Next Major AMV

I hardly ever get time to make AMVs, I got the software now so I was wondering if I can get some help from you guys.
I currently have these in idea at the moment:

- Escaflowne The Movie
- Escaflowne OVA
- Eureka 7 OVA

I just need a song, I might make a variety AMV, but the one I'm looking at right now is Escaflowne.

I have winter break at the moment so I got loads of time to work on something this, it might not finish but it will get somewhere.

Currently I need a song that fits the story line of either Escaflowne or Eureka 7.A song that has a bang in the song every now and then, as the song ends the sound/voice fades, needs to have some emotion in it and the song itself is not overrated.
So its going to be a action/drama AMV.

Please all I need is the right song and I got this down!
I got all the software needed, anime, just help me find the song and I'm set.
I guarantee you this will be something.

Well...it depends - are you looking for a song/music that can capture the whole essence of the show or just a part of it?

In the case of Vision of Escaflowne, since it has about anything in it (action, romance, drama, etc..) it's hard to find any song that has it all that isn't 15 min long

The best music in such a case would be either from the series itself or from some epic (adventure) move..
Maby from LOTR or Armageddon

If I were to make a AMV in the future (and if I were to make one it would be Escaflowne

) I'd probably go for Black Escaflowne as the music if I were to make a capture-the-essence type AMV.

Stargate Theme or In The End (Linkin Park) spring to mind, but they have allready been done for the movie, altough not for the series.

Anyway, you got a choice in front of you - do you want to go for Action, for Drama, for Romance or for Adventure? Or maby all?

I'm quiet serious here, its going to be a action/drama AMV. I don't want it to be any other AMV, but I'm taking the request you guys are giving me seriously, but I'm not putting them in hand...yet.

I'm looking for something like that, it needs more of a actionish dramaish feel to it.
Its in engrish so I'm not sure yet.

I hope it gives people some ideas. Try to stay off hardcore rock, metal,etc.

Personally, for an action/drama amv of this nature, Bright Eyes comes to mind, especially the song, "A Perfect Sonnet."

Lately I've been wishing I had one desire

Wow, I like the lyrics, I will add this to the list. It would be perfect if the dude's voice would be a little cordinated. But I'm still considering it, I'm considering The Siren by Nightwish but I can't seem to make any choices.

The Fray - How to Save A Life

It fits so damn perfect into Escaflowne.
What do you guys think?
