Do i need it in order to create AMV's or will i only need this site? Because my computer is real old and i don't have windows movie maker. Thank you in advanced.

You will need WMM or another video editng software if you want to make amvs.
This site only host videos it doesn't make them.
You can see a list of different software here

Some have trails so you can try it out and see what you like best.
If you computer is really old you might need some upgrades to make sure it can run the programs smoothly.
