This is called Kara no Kyokai which based on a novel by Konoko Nasu. This novel pretty much predates Tsukihime, and the story of Kara no Kyokai is what's considered a "prototype" of Tsukihime. What the hell does that mean?
That means the concepts found in Tsukihime like the main lead having the ability to automatically destroy things by cutting the lines are pretty much the same for this upcoming movie. And not to mention the corresponding names are very similar to Tsukihime like for example the lead character is named Shiki Ryogi. Only this time the lead is a cute, badass girl!

Supposedly the movie will be produced by Aniplex with animation production done by ufotable (Futakoi Alternative, Coyote Ragtime Show).
