Help! Please?

I have WMM on my computer and i've wanted to make AMVs for a while but all the episodes I download don't work on it. It always tells me it doesn't support it even when its an AVI file. It told me I need a codec but I don't know how they work.
Could somebody please help? :/

Look at the info the guy gave me in the forth post in the thread, the one refrencing the screen shot and that codec checker. Once you know what codec to down load, search for it on google. The rest you should get.

You have to use VirtualDubMod to convert the files to a lossless codec (.avi isn't a codec, it's a container, and the codec is generally what matters when editing videos). Read about how to do that starting here. Get the AMVapp (which includes VirtualDubMod) here.
