lol

youtube is supposed to be a "look at this non-copyrighted video i created/recorded" website, but a lot of videos on there make it more of a "look at this cool video i found on the intarweb" website. in these cases, authorship isn't as important as being able to share the video with others, which has its own merits.

Just like there's a difference between a serial killer's premeditated murder of an innocent victim and an accidental homicide in a car crash. Both result in a death, but differ quite clearly in one key factor: intent.
lol maybe, but they both go to jail...

anyway that is an example of picking at the TINIEST segment of my post to make yourself look cool ;p nerds do that ;X
I don't know what legal system you're looking at... Usually an accidental motor vehicle homicide doesn't result in jail time (or if it does it's not substantial) unless the driver was under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time.

And tiny part of your post? Looked to be at least half of it if not more.

You know what? I think I'm going to hold out for the day someone tries to take credit for an entire MEP.

I have been blessed to see all my of my videos I find on youtube credited to me, and most of them link to my website. Type in "hypeodermic" and youll find a bunch of my stuff with descriptions like "a masterful piece of work by beowulf"

So really they are just taking credit for you vid? I had that happen to me on boochsack which i saw a lot f my vids on there but there was this one guy who was taking credit for my vid they didn't even say anything like 'This is not my vid' or 'I didn't make this' and it sort of made me mad. He could have at least said that he didn't make it. Well my question to you guys is have that ever happen to any of you?
No, I found my Gameshow Weird Al YYH vid on Youtube though because it seemed the person was collecting as many Weird Al vids as they could and the song I used is rare in AMVs. They gave me credit though, so that was good.

That's why I was hesitant to upload any of my amvs on here, I thought people would just take credit on boochsack, but now I know my stuff isn't good enough for people to take. XD
