as mentioned earlier, the Rurouni Kenshin OVA (aka Samurai X: Trust & Betrayal) would work pretty well too.

i think you should do it on the anime FULL MOON WO SAGASHITE. It is about a shinagami who is starting to remember his past and he remembers he killed himself. He starts to fall in love with a girl named mitski and she likes him too. His name is Takuto i hope you get some ideas by the time you get it posted
