My mom was trying to get me on SSI, but MHMR will not test me. I know that I have manic depression, bipolar (don't know what level), Multiple Personality Disorder. They will not test me and I can't get on SSI any other way (that I know of).

If you want to make an amv simply for the sake of practice and personal fun...

-Borrow a DVD from a friend if possible or rent from Blockbuster (but it's better to buy them yourself if possible)
-Put dvd decryptor on a flash drive or cd (and hope the public computer's restrictions aren't that strict)
-Change the .VOB extensions to .mpg (simply renaming them should work...it always has for me at least)
-Use Movie Maker x_x

Just don't expect it to turn out as the greatest thing ever :p
I've been working on my current AMV since July 4th. (I do have a lot going on in my life after all, heheh) It's like 98% finished. I just have to clean up some rough spots. It's something I'm very proud of.

lol if your trying to make an amv on a public comp it can't be done... so i don't see what the point of this is =/

I wish I knew what the dvd decryptor's are like. Plus I don't know where to buy them. If I had one, I could possibly make an amv with the four anime's I have.

Yes it is. I've done it before, but I didn't have a converter, which I still need.

Thank you, maybe tomorrow I will get to doing my anime. Does the thingy work on PS2 games also?

there is a forum called capturing and ripping in it you will find (Check here first) PS2/PS1 Ripping (All links here) stickied at the top.

just a tiny bit of searching and you could have found it.
