I don't get what your trying to say. I understand where you are and what episode and all but I still don't understand.Brigid wrote:
Say, I don't know if anyone will know this, but my Dad just brought up a very interesting question...
In the episode with the Noh mask, Kagome appologizes for throwing out Inuyasha's back with all those 'sits'. While doing so, she waves her up and down like a pot lid. Dad was wondering if that has any particular meaning in Japan and if so, what? I thought it looked kinda dismissive, but I'm a westerner so maybe I've got it completely backward.
Anyone here know?

Hmm. Those are some interesting possibilities...
In reference to that episode, I'm wondering (actually, my Dad is wondering) what the gesture Kagome made might mean. Does if have some cultural significance that might help with understanding Inuyasha's reaction? (Not that it isn't pretty clear already why he reacted as he did, but getting the subtext is nice.)
Ah, I guess it wasn't entirely clear.Tenshi K. Tama wrote:I don't get what your trying to say. I understand where you are and what episode and all but I still don't understand.Brigid wrote:

I don't know about the hand. Politely tell your dad that the anime part of the soul could get damaged if he thinks about it too much.
rukiayeah, Let me say it is an honor to have you on the InuYasha part of the forum. This is where we share our InuYasha wisdom, slobber over the hot bishonens, and discuss the who, what, when, where, and what the heck.
