a) I usually watch mp4's on my Ipod..I cant convert mp4 to the needed format. Well, I would have to convert it to mp4 too, but I have to change the settings and I have no Program that can convert mp4 to another file.
b) No cute preview picture =(
c) i just dont like mp4 <.<
