This is one of Gonzo's earlier works with CG and better at that.

When the Super Vandread first appeared, I was in a OMGWTFBBQ moment...

The hotness of the sex0rs girlz kinda had me attached as well...

Is it just me or does Gonzo always ALWAYS HAVE the BOMB for opening intros and ending songs?!

One of my favorite moments had to be the "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" reference in the first episode.

Is it just me, or does the whole premise of the series feel like something Ray Bradbury would have written?

*sigh* true, but you are forgetting the movement stages. you know, sortof what we were talking about before? taidouhen and turbulence. while only taidouhen has original footage any REAL otaku would add these episodes to their collection, if only for bragging rights. so when the question was asked I included them, and taidouhen has credits in the middle of it, so I counted it as two episodes, so sue me.

HEATHEN! how dare you compare anime to close encounters!

:? Uh, how does that make me a heathen? Should I feel ashamed because I noticed an American pop culture reference in an episode of a sci-fi anime? Should I hang my head in sorrow because you missed a reference to an early Spielberg movie? Should I wallow in despair because other anime have spoofed Hollywood in the past, like the Friday the 13th reference in Kodocha?

Meh, that's just natural. You see a movie or T.V. show and something from it sticks.

Did anyone think that the show sucked in the First Stage but got better in the second stage. I had been told this many times going into the series but was thoroughly suprised in the fact that both stages were awesome. I don't know what they were talking about.
