when i think of "new" i think Suzumiya (story not so great imo, but animation is @_@ pretty), or Ouran Highschool Host Club, or the new Negima

One person's Suckage, might be anouther's coolness ... or something ... I like Paranioa Agent, Texhnolize .... Ugly Yet Beautiful World ....

I hated Excel Saga ("Older" anime that sucks) .....

I Liked Madlax far more than Noir ... ect. ect. ect ....

Just like movies and TV, it all comes down to your tastes ....

Ok, 1999 ...... I thought it was early to mid 90's ... but that was the manga ....

It still sucks ...

and remember, we live in a country that thinks a 10 year old building needs to be torn down ...
