I guess the sadest song is magic of a wizard dream by rhapsody, some one cried, while she heard it.

Top Of The World - Dixie Chicks
Strange Fruit - Billy Holliday (A girl!)

Yeah those are the ones I think are sad
When I heard Strange Fruit I cried
Its a sad and beautiful writen song
Some things trune the world

I miss you - Blink 182

i would say Moonlight sonata, but thats not completly sad, in deed, i think its the way Beethoven interpret Love, far away from the idea of Sex, more love, in one cold night.. blablabla.. you know... but, in another way, in can be a sad song too =P

Phil Collins - Another Day In Paradise
Kiss - Beth

The Last Unicorn - Man's Road
Little Shop of Horrors - Skid Row
Jennie Löfgren - Home
Ozzy Osbourne - So Tired
Ozzy Osbourne - Mama, I'm Coming Home
Pearl Jam - Last Kiss (almost as depressing as Adam's Song)
Most of the songs by Three Doors Down
Tom Petty - Hope You Never
Tori Amos - '97 Bonnie And Clyde (seriously fucked up)
Tori Amos - Smells Like Teen Spirit
